The challenge for everyone is to define the career path they want to take, and then create a plan to get there. However, before a plan can be made, we have to determine where we want to go, and what we want to do. This isn't always easy. Sometimes we may know exactly what we want to do, but often times we're not sure, and more importantly, don't know what opportunities exist.
